PhiBrows is a manual, semi-permanent technique of hyper-realistic eyebrow drawing in which the shape of eyebrows is calculated according to facial morphology and golden proportion (phi 1,618).This technique is intended for anyone over the age of 18 (persons under 18 must be accompanied by their parents) who wants to improve or redesign the shape and style of their eyebrows or to correct any aesthetic problems they may have.

The effectiveness of the Phibrows treatment depends on:

These variables are beyond the PMU artist’s control, precluding any guarantees. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing chemotherapy individuals are ineligible for treatment. Additional contraindications can be found in the powder brow section.

In PhiBrows, symmetry is meticulously attained as clients’ eyes are closed, relaxing mimetic muscles that may influence eyebrow symmetry. This calculated approach ensures precise and balanced results, enhancing facial aesthetics. By leveraging this technique, PhiBrows achieves harmonious eyebrow symmetry, framing the face with natural beauty.
In Phibrows, strokes mimic natural hair growth for hyper-realistic results. Using sterile tools, strokes follow the hair’s direction, ensuring a lifelike appearance. Pigments adhere to stringent standards, crafted specifically for microblading (PhiBrows microblading pigments), guaranteeing quality and longevity in every treatment.
Pain perception varies among clients during Phibrows treatment. Nervous or menstruating clients may experience heightened sensitivity. Most liken the sensation to skin scraping or scratching. Initial strokes may be slightly uncomfortable, but a topical anesthetic is then applied, often eliminating discomfort for the remainder of the session.
Healing after Phibrows microblading is typically complete within 28 days. Clients return for a mandatory top-up appointment between 4 to 8 weeks post-treatment. This session replenishes lost pigment and ensures optimal results. Those with problematic or oily skin may require additional sessions for perfect brows.
Proper aftercare is crucial for optimal results in Phibrows. Similar to powder brows, a meticulous regimen is necessary. I’ll provide detailed instructions during consultation or upon request, ensuring you maintain the best outcome. Consistent adherence to aftercare guidelines is key to achieving desired results.
The pigment is applied into the surface layer of the dermis using sterilised tools. The pigment is chosen so to match the natural hair or eyebrows’ colour. Symmetry is achieved through PhiBrows application and it is calculated while the clients’ eyes are closed because in that way mimatic muscles that can affect eyebrows’ symmetry are relaxed.
Strokes are always drawn in the direction of the natural hairs’ growth to achieve hyper-realistic look. Treatment is performed with sterile tools and pigments are produced in accordance with the highest standards (PhiBrows microblading pigments). Correct after care follow up is extremely important and is a factor in the final result. Before and after care is similar to that of powder brows and I will advise you of this upon consultation or by request.
Pain during the treatment is relative. Nervous clients and clients who have their period usually feel stronger pain, while other clients compare the pain to a scraping or scratching of the skin. The first passing on each eyebrow can be a little uncomfortable much like a scraping and once we have the first set of strokes in I apply a topical anesthetic that can entirely eliminate the pain during the treatment.
The healing is fully completed after 28 days and the client will come back in for a mandatory top-up appointment which can be anytime after 4 weeks and preferably before 8. This is when we perform an obligatory addition of the pigment that has been lost, or for most, to refresh and perfect the brows. With problematic and oily skins, this may require additional sessions.
